Sayso helps you turn voice notes into ready-to-post drafts for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and YouTube Shorts. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how you can contact us.

Information We Collect

• Account information — your email address and name when you sign in with Apple or Google.
• Voice note transcripts — text generated from voice recordings you choose to make inside the app.
• Generated drafts — post content, captions, scripts, and hashtags produced for your chosen platforms.
• Usage records — generation count, timestamps, and basic app activity used to operate the service and prevent abuse.

How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate your account with Apple or Google Sign In.
• To transcribe your voice notes into text using on-device speech recognition.
• To generate platform-ready drafts using AI.
• To save your draft history when you choose to keep drafts.
• To manage usage limits and prevent abuse.

AI Processing

Your voice note transcripts are sent to third-party AI providers (currently OpenAI) to generate content. Please do not include passwords, financial details, confidential business information, or other sensitive personal data in your voice notes.

Data Storage

Account data, draft history, and usage records are stored securely using Supabase. AI generation requests are processed by OpenAI. We do not sell your data to any third party.

Data Deletion

You can delete individual drafts from within the app at any time. To request full account and data deletion, contact us at the email below. We will delete your data unless we are required to retain certain records for legal, security, or operational reasons.

Children

Sayso is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page.
